If you are unfamiliar with Zoom, don't worry, we will walk you through it! Before making your Virtual Visit, pleased be advised of the following:

These visits will be billed through your insurance company (or Medicare) like normal office visits.
Due to time constraints and given the number of patients served during this current viral outbreak, virtual appointments will be limited to no more than 20 minutes.
For obvious reasons, x-rays and cast changes cannot be done during these visits. Click HERE to see if you qualify for an in-person clinic visit.
If you have had X-rays, an MRI, or CT already taken elsewhere (e.g. emergency room, another physician office, urgent care, etc.) please indicate on the form below. We will try to find these and transfer them to our system
A web browser on a computer, tablet, or cell phone is required for a Virtual Visit. Your device must have a camera and microphone capability. For obvious reasons X-Rays cannot be done during these virtual visits. If you require x-rays, call our office at 651-439-8807 to have these done prior to your visit.
